Water Supply for Luxury Appartment Blocks.
Cavalier House and Maritime House are luxury apartment blocks in London. The client’s remit was to design, supply and install a water supply system for each building.
At Cavalier House we were also required to design, supply and install sewage and surface water pumping stations and a dewatering system to lower the water table around the basement swimming pool. All systems were to be pre-assembled and thoroughly tested prior to delivery to site.
Pumpac installed GRP hot-pressed moulded sectional water storage tanks in the basement plant room of each building alongside variable speed, 3-pump booster sets capable of delivering 60 and 40 m3/hr at 6 Bar respectively. Three under-ground pump stations were installed at Cavalier House.
