Aesthetically designed, the Domopac cold water booster with integral break tank is for use in domestic and commercial applications.
Description
The Domopac is unique in combining the recognized industry standard of energy efficient variable speed pump control with contemporary design. This means the unit offers excellent performance whilst being aesthetically appropriate for installation within a domestic environment.

As with all Pumpac products the build and materials are of high quality making the Dompac suitable for use in both domestic and more commercial situations e.g. commercial kitchens, bin stores, plant rooms etc. It uses a submersible pump enabling us to maximize storage capacity whilst minimizing overall dimensions, and reducing noise levels to little more than that generated by a domestic fridge.
Installation is straight forward with connections to incoming and outgoing mains accessed from the top, and as the internal plumbing passes through the tank top any risk of leakage is eliminated. With respect to maintenance, all components are accessible by removal of the top panel only.
When sizing a unit we can select from a wide range of pumps making the Domopac suitable for most domestic applications. Where increased storage volumes are required the Domopac Duo twin tank unit can be used, this provides the option to include a second duty pump or a standby pump.
All Domopac units are designed to meet the requirements of The Water Regulations, all materials in contact with water are WRAS Approved and a Type AB Air-gap is a no-cost option making it an excellent and very competitive solution where Category 5 fluid protection is required.
The Domopac package comprises:
- One stainless steel submersible pump, sized to suit application.
- One 227 litres (50 gallons) break/storage tank.
- One inlet ball float valve sized to suit application with overflow to match.
- A single or three phase water cooled inverter with facia mounted HMI allowing both monitoring and adjustment of operational settings.
- Pump delivery coupling to facilitate easy removal of a pump for maintenance.
- Pump delivery isolation valve and soft-seating spring loaded check valve.
- One manifold mounted 8 litre accumulator with inlet isolation valve.
- Delivery manifold pressure gauge and isolation valve.
- Powder coated mild steel cladding in white, height adjustable feet.
- Pipework and valving in uPVC.
- All pre-wired and fully wet-tested prior to despatch.
Options include:
- Domopac Duo with two tanks and one or two pumps.
- Where two pumps are fitted each will have a dedicated inverter, delivery isolation valve and accumulator.
- 304 Stainless steel cladding or powder coating in client specified colour.
- Vermin proofing of unit to facilitate outdoor installation.
